My son and I go to Red River ATV Park as often as we possibly can. the owner and his help do everything they can to make your visit a great one. The restrooms and showers are always as clean as possible. The trails are in great shape, there is lots of wildlife to see, and just about everyone we have met are very friendly and willing to help anyone in need. Now there are a few rules and they will enforce them, but it is to keep everyone safe and having a good time. I have never been anywhere anymore enjoyable.
I really like Red River, cruising the river is great. There is some good mud to be found, also had a pond you can cross if your have a descent mud bike. It is fairly limited as far as off camber technical stuff, but I go for the mud. It has a nice atmosphere and is kid friendly, nice ownership.
Decent setup, geared more toward intermediate to advanced riders. owner said excellent for beginners (kids) its not.. trails were too rough, not much open area for the kids to cruise around on. Trails would be/are good for more experienced riders, although many have very deep ruts. Most trails are also too sandy for dirtbikes and it becomes a real work out, really need fatter tires out there. facilities are ok, they have "real" bathrooms, small BBQ stand and some supplies.
The trails were excellent and the restrooms and showers were clean, but we felt signaled out at times for going fast when we should of been going slow near camp and others were not told at all. Overall had a great time and recommend it to others.
