I had always wanted an ATV, but never had the opportunity to own one until 1998. Upon purchasing a 1991 Honda 300 4x4, I then looked to the internet
to find some local trails to wheel on and had trouble finding a solid resource. I purchased the txmud.com domain and began to post the trails as we could confirm or visit them.
After finishing our site looked similar too...
Some of you may remember that site many years ago!
Through the years I would update occasionally, but did not know if it was helping anyone until I let the hosting cancel somewhere around 2002.
Little did I know people in forums were wondering where txmud.com went...Bobby Beamer with Texas Offroad Network
contacted me about offering some hosting if I would bring the site back..... So, I updated the look and feel and took advantage of his offer and since 2003 the site has looked like:
Upon analysing the traffic the last few years, I can now tell that this is being used and must be a great resource due to the volume of visits it is receiving.
So, we are welcoming 2007 with an even newer look along with added Trail, ATV, and Tire reviews! I hope you all enjoy this new resource, and I promise to keep the site updated this time.
